LWD LLC provides Consumer-Direct services allowing qualified individuals to pick who will provide their care in their home and community. The program requires individuals to select a service facilitator who will assess, train, and report to the insurance company. LWD LLC would be honored to be your facilitator. Unlike most facilitators, we go above and beyond the call of service. They will helps explain your responsibilities, such as hiring attendants and signing timesheets. As well as assisting families to be aware of their rights and others' responsibilities. LWD LLC ultimate goal is to teach families to self advocate, ensuring they meet their maximum potential.
